Refund policy
All sales are final. REVIAR releases in fixed-run drops. Because each drop is cut to a limited quantity and never restocked in the same form, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or fit preference.
Please read Sizing & Care before ordering. If you are unsure of your size, email support@reviar.co before you place your order and we will help you choose.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right. Email support@reviar.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging.
Once your claim is approved we will replace the item where stock allows, or issue a full refund to your original payment method if no replacement is available. We cover return shipping on approved claims. Do not send anything back before your claim is approved, as unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.
Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the item. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Not covered
- Normal wear, fading or softening. Garment-washed pieces are made to age, and this is not a defect.
- Damage caused by improper washing, alteration or misuse.
- Change of mind, wrong size ordered, or delivery delays caused by the carrier.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they enter fulfilment. Email support@reviar.co as soon as possible.
EU and UK customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. This right applies regardless of the terms above. To exercise it, email support@reviar.co.
