Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Any promotional free shipping threshold will be shown on the product page and at checkout.
Duties, taxes and customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. REVIAR cannot predict or reimburse these charges. Refusing a parcel to avoid duties does not qualify for a refund.
Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before paying. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact your carrier first, then email us. If your parcel arrives damaged, email support@reviar.co within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will make it right. See our Return and Refund Policy.
